Many Fundrise clients are unaware of how the alternative investing platform actually works, and on a more macro level, how real estate assets help to power their portfolios.
Our direction on social was to create educational and digestible posts that could answer our community’s most common questions about the app and their portfolio, real estate investing, and the stock market in general.

Since rebooting our social channels in late 2021 with relevant posts about the Fundrise model and how the app was working hard to power user’s portfolios through acquisitions and updates, we grew our community by 20%+ across our social platforms in the first ten months alone.
